 Donator FAQ (06-29-10) 1.) What are the benefits of being a Donator?- All access pass to any current and any future [dp-nation.com] servers.
- Never get kicked to make room for reserved slots.
- Immunity at the end of round.
- Immunity to the auto balancer.
- Immunity to the AFK and High Ping kickers.
- Access to custom and Valve hats using the !em command.
- Access to the [dp-nation] Citizens Only forum.
2.) How are subscriptions handled, and how much are they?- We use PayPal to mange our subscriptions. Your donation will be re-charged to your PayPal account every month after your sign up date.
- To become a subscription donator, it is only $5 a month
- Due to the nature of PayPal and our system, if you intend to cancel your subscription, your benefits will be directly removed upon your cancellation. ALL DONATION SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
3.) What name do I use to sign up with on the donate page?- Please use your exact in-game name that you use on our servers so that we may get your Steam ID from it.
- Since your subscription is handled by your Steam ID, you may change your name to anything you like afterward.
4.) I donated, but I don't have my benefits yet?- Once you submit your subscription, it is not automatically added to the servers. That is handled manually by one of our admins. It usually doesn't take more than a few hours at the most. If you feel that it has been too long, make a topic here and we can get right on it.
5.) The server is full, why can't I use my slot?- When the servers are at their peak times, they can often be full. However, there are still 2 reserved slots available even at 30/30 players. So you can still connect to our servers even if its 30/30. To do this, head into console and input one of these depending on the server you wish to join:

This will then bring you into the server. If both reserved slots are full (32/30) at the moment you wish to join, you will need to wait until one is freed up. Our server plugin will always try to keep these slots free, so just give it a minute or so to remove a player whom does not have reserved status, and you should be able to connect through console once it's less than 32/30.
